Groundwater surveys successful in Texas- (aquifer depth, yield & thickness)
In late May the AquaLocate team traveled to Texas to help a property owner who had recently experience two non-productive wells on his undeveloped property in N. C...entral Texas. After completing a total of 9 soundings on this 10 acre property, we located a few potential drill sites with the best one showing a maximum drill depth of approximately 195 feet and a minimum expect yield of 2 to 6 gallons per minute. About one week ago a new well was drilled on the best potential site with most of the water obtained in the upper 140 feet and a small amount of water encountered below that depth. The initial yield assessment by the driller was 4-5 gallons per minute. The client reported that after extended flow tests, the well produces between 9-10 gallons per minute. In his email to us the client wrote, "....given our prior experiences, we are thrilled with what we have at this point.”
