AquaLocate provides groundwater surveys & GF6 sales & training worldwide. The GF6 seismoelectric water exploration system is limited to seeing depths of 1,500-2,000 feet which is ideal for well water exploration. PetroLocate offers oil, gas and geothermal exploration surveys and PL14 sales/training. The PL14 sees to the depths of 6-10,000 feet (depending on geology) which is needed for detection of oil, gas & geothermal reserves.

Investigating/Researching the potential use of seismoelectric systems for the detection of resistive liquids....
In fact, there is a major seismic manufacturing company known worldwide who indicated in one of their recent studies, "This seems promising for real applications of seismoelectric...".
News Flash! We’ve successfully been using seismoelectric
technology commercially to detect and quantify resistive liquids for over 13
years now….!

AquaLocate makes amazing advances with their PL14 geothermal/oil/gas exploration technology.
AquaLocate has made some amazing advances in our system in
the form of the PL14 which has been designed to detect resistive liquids (fresh
water, oil or gas) to depths exceeding 2000m.
PetroLocate has already had the opportunity to test the PL14 on two
known geothermal production wells in SE Oregon that are at or just over 2000m (data
image available). Because our systems
only detects resistive liquids, we believe our technology will be a major benefit
to oil and gas exploration- http://www.PetroLocate.com.
Using the extensive experience gained through our sister company AquaLocate, PetroLocate has designed the next generation of Seismo-Electric technology, the PL14 Hydrocarbon Exploration System. Starting January 2014 this advanced Seismo-Electric geophysical instrument will be available worldwide for both oil and gas exploration.
The PetroLocate PL14 Seismo-Electric technology can be used to detect resistive liquids including mobile oil, gas and fresh water to over 2000m when acceptable testing conditions are present.
The training programs and support for PL14 sales and rentals offered by PetroLocate and our consultants are second to none having over 30 years of combined experience using the Seismo-Electric technology originally developed by two British Geophysicists. PetroLocate offers the only authorized training program for the Seismo-Electric equipment distributed by our company.
PetroLocate uses environmental friendly practices to effectively locate hydrocarbons before a drilling program is implemented. It is no longer necessary to spend untold sums of money drilling test wells and causing unnecessary environmental impact before finding the oil and gas resources you are looking for. With the cost of exploration increasing every day, a PL14 Seismo-Electric system is a reasonable investment for the risk avoidance it buys. The founders of PetroLocate have been fortunate to help property owners and Seismo-Electric equipment operators on 3 continents and in 9 countries (United States, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, and Ecuador). Well Drilling in Caribbean with the GF6 Seismo-electric technology
This is a video taken by
Jerrod Davis who was trained by AquaLocate in Spring 2013. The company
Jerrod works for purchased a GF6 after they drilled a $200,000 well which was
not sufficiently productive for their municipal water development project in
the Caribbean. This is the first well drilled after GF6 groundwater
surveys completed by Jerrod. The company and Jerrod is very pleased with
the results and thanks to this success they are about 1/2 way to their goal of
300,000 gallons per day.

Do you have an abandoned water well on your property? Finding the well water before drilling is a good way to avoid one!
Good article on http://www.facebook.com/aqualocate about abandoned wells and how they contaminate our groundwater! I wonder if realtors tell land buyers about this before they sell a piece of land or if well drillers do the right thing after drilling a "dry" well?
I cannot count how many groundwater surveys we have done where we've stumbled upon an abandoned well that was not properly sealed.
Call me (Ervin) at AquaLocate if you need help locating the aquifer before drilling a well!

Seismo-Electric groundwater survey success! Aquifer location, depth and yield!
Scott L. who owns property near Spokane, WA was looking for another well. He hoped to get enough water to help irrigate some of his land but we knew that wasn't a strong possibility.
We completed a small groundwater assessment for him i...n a field near his home. The best site found was estimated to have a yield range of 5 to 10 gallons per minute with the likely yield being at the lower end of that estimate.
The maximum depth to drill was listed at 267 feet factoring in the 20% margin of error. The final depth of the well was reported by the well driller at 252 feet and the driller estimated yield was 3.5gpm. A final pump test is pending and an update will be provided when available.

I was recently asked if it was possible to find well water before drilling? My answer is here:
I was recently asked if it was possible to find well water before drilling? My answer is here:
Yes there is! Nearly
14 years ago, I asked myself that same question after experiencing a dry
well. I knew with all the advancements
in technology there had to be something better than guessing or dowsing.
What I found was a technology called Seismo-Electrics
developed by two British Geophysicists who created a better way to locate and
quantify well water before drilling was started.
In early 2001 I brought this Seismo-Electric technology to North
America and started providing groundwater assessment services.
Over the past 12 years I have created a program for proper
operation of this system, having trained people worldwide in its proper
use.
My company AquaLocate is now implementing and
training in our latest technology the AquaLocate GF6. While not everyone follows the training we
provided, those who do, are successfully operating our systems in nine
countries on three continents. www.AquaLocate.com 800-800-839-0950

Do you really need to pay for a Test Well...?
Yes! you need water for this!
AquaLocate uses environmental friendly practices to
effectively find well water before water well drilling occurs. It is no longer
necessary to spend untold sums of money drilling a “test well” and causing
unnecessary environmental impact before finding the groundwater you need.
With the cost of drilling a water well increasing every day,
a GF6 Seismo-Electric groundwater survey is a reasonable investment for the
risk avoidance it buys.
We offer FREE phone consultation and will inform you about
what to expect in your area and whether a groundwater assessment survey makes
sense for your situation or not. We provide service worldwide, GF6 sales &

Test wells may be a waist of time and money!
Did you know that having a test well drilled is often unnecessary?
That it can be a waste of time and money! Depending on the type of well; Ag VS. Residential an AquaLocate groundwater survey can be between 5 to 100 times less expensive than a traditional “test well”.
A better, less costly and more accurate way to detect an aquifer is to have an AquaLocate GF6 Seismo-Electric groundwater survey completed BEFORE any drilling begins! Aquifer depth, yield and thickness.

3 DRY water wells!... How to avoid a dry well!
It’s always difficult for us to hear that a client has found
out about AquaLocate only after they’ve experienced the unfortunate event of a
costly dry well!
Yesterday the AquaLocate team went out to Oregon to conduct
a Seismo-Electric ground water survey.
Prior to calling AquaLocate our client had experienced 3 dry
wells!
The first well was 250 feet deep with NO yield and the second
well was 80 feet deep with a very small amount of salty water. And the third
well was 30 feet deep with salty water.
Now that we’ve surveyed the clients land we will be able to
accurately report any aquifer on the property…the aquifer location-depth-yield
and thickness (and yes…salinity)!
If and when the
client chooses to have another well drilled (In this case a fourth well) the
client will be better informed of where to drill and what to expect.
We want people to find us BEFORE the drilling begins! SHARE
this info with your friends if they are going to have a well drilled, it might
save them the trouble and expense of a dry well!

2013 begins with success for AquaLocate! GF6 replaces the GF3500 seismo electric groundwater location unit
Awesome survey site for our groundwater locating colleagues
in California! We referred this client to our colleagues in California (Jay Shaw, NGS out of Clovis CA) in December.
Jay and his son Robbie Shaw work with AquaLocate on a weekly basis as AquaLocate is an affiliate of National Groundwater Surveyors. Jay and Robbie were trained on the Groundflow Ltd. seismo electric technology over ten years ago by Ervin Kraemer and they continue to be great asset to the accuracy reputation of the AquaLocate/NGS seismo electric technology.
Jay and Robbie, of National Groundwater Surveyor, continue to provide groundwater location services throughout California.
Most recently the baton has been passed by Richard Clarke, (developer of the GF3500/GF3500 ) to Ervin Kraemer and his team at AquaLocate for redesign of the GF3500 seismo electric unit. Ervin and his wife Christine own National Groundwater Surveors and AquaLocate (AL handles the manufacturing & distribution end of the GF6).
National Groundwater Surveors & AquaLocate provide : Groundwater surveys, GF6 seismo electric manufacturing, worldwide distribution, training and GF6 data interpretation/consulting.
AquaLocate refers a great deal of work out to other users of the GF6 depending on the area of need. The GF2500/GF3500 was replaced January 2013 by the GF6; an updated version of the GF3500 seismo electric technology.
